Database Marketing Specialist

● Monitor, manage, and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
● Daily work with CRM, and data services.
● Plan project implementation and coordinate with the Programming and Digital Transformation Department to improve CRM operations and reporting systems.
● Develop insights and make recommendations for improvement.
● Evaluate new technologies to improve and optimize marketing and sales team performance.
● Analyze marketing and sales data.
● Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.

● Great interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
● English is an advantage.
● Ability to manage databases for multiple projects.
● Experience with CRM applications, understanding of customer segmentation, tagging, behavioral tracking, data layers, CRM, and/or CDP is an advantage.
● Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel).
● Good time- management skills.
● Experience with reporting and data analysis.
