Delivery Manager

Parcel Perform is looking for a Delivery Manager to join our expanding and growing Tech team in Vietnam!As a Delivery Manager, you will manage the delivery schedule of squad teams and facilitate training to guide the teams to self- organizing. You will communicate with stakeholders, escalate blockers, manage risks, and drive the teams toward operational excellence. Your stakeholders are senior management, product owners, tech leads, and project managers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Squad Management

Structure and balance resource distribution between squads.
Establish and continuously improve the squad health metrics aligned with the company&039;s strategic goals.
Optimize productivity and collaboration between squads to ensure the productivity and sustainability of development.

Project/Process Management

Manage the hiring plans.
Drive the culture of continuous improvement relentlessly.
Ensure that all projects at your tribes are delivered on time and within the scope and team resources.
Grow a strong tribe (multiple agile squads) with effective communication and processes.
Be accountable for the outcome of squads and tribes.

Operations Management

Report and escalate directly to C- level management.
Manage complex stakeholder relationships and processes to ensure that roadblocks are removed and issues are closed quickly.
Stay hands- on and can play the Project Management roles & responsibilities when needed.

Excellent internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills.
PMP / Scrum Master certification.
Excellent problem- solving and decision- making abilities.
Enjoy working in a fast- paced, diverse, and multicultural environment.
Practical knowledge or hands- on experience in software development and web technologies.
Technical background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project management.
