Demand Planning & Merchandising Specialist (Fashion)

Quantity: 01;
Location: 555 3/2 Street, Ward 8, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:30- 12:30 (Saturday Morning).
Responsibilities:
Demand Planning (60%)
Forecasting:

Utilize historical sales data, market trends, and statistical models to predict future product demand;
Adjust forecasts based on promotional activities, new product launches, and market conditions.

Inventory Management:

Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations;
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

Data Analysis:

Analyze sales data to identify patterns and trends;
Use software tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel) to create and update demand forecasts.

Collaboration:

Communicate forecast changes and their implications to relevant stakeholders.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align demand forecasts with business objectives;

Merchandising (40%)
Product Selection:

Collaborate with product development and purchasing to select products that meet quality and price criteria.
Determine the product mix and assortment based on customer preferences and market trends;

Sales Analysis:

Monitor sales performance of different products and categories;
Adjust merchandising strategies based on sales data and customer feedback.

Requirements:
Must- Have:

Strong understanding of inventory management practices and procedures;
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in statistical data modeling;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross- functional teams.
Proven experience as a Demand Planner or in a similar role;

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working with luxury brands in the fashion industry.
Extensive experience with branded or high- end products;
Passion for technology, with a willingness to experiment with new technological advancements;
