Demand Planning Specialist

- Prepare S&OP deck as well as relevant analysis to maximize business insights for decision- making
- Develop medium- and long- term demand plan based on statistics and enriched with all relevant inputs from Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Planning
- Facilitate Demand Planning meeting
- Participate in assigned projects (Sales, NPD, continuous improvement).
- Continuously monitor demand deviations and highlight short and medium- term risks. Drive fast, appropriate actions to minimize the impact of deviations from the demand plan
- Review historical sales trends, evaluate forecast results and carry out deep- dive analysis to improve forecast accuracy
- Deploy the consensus plan to all relevant functions, making sure that everyone is working towards the same plan

- Good communication and influencing skills
- Good analytical skills and results- driven mindset
- Bachelor degree with 2+ years of relevant working experience (or equivalent)
- Knowledge and experience with forecasting, supply chain, sales, marketing, preferably in an FMCG environment
- Knowledge of ERP- systems (preferred SAP) and MS Office (advanced)
