Demand & Supply Planning Supervisor

Demand Forecasting

Leverage historical data, market trends, and sales insights to predict customer demand accurately.
Partner with the Commercial team (including Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Service- Sales Operations, and Sales) and Finance teams to generate precise demand forecasts for assigned categories.

Inventory Management

Implement strategies to balance inventory turnover rates and optimize stock levels.
Oversee inventory levels to ensure alignment with forecasted demand while avoiding excess stock and minimizing the risk of shortages.

Performance Monitoring

Assess the effectiveness of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and make data- driven decisions to enhance performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Forecast Accuracy (FA), Forecast Bias (FB), Out- of- Stock (OOS) incidents, (SLOB), and Days of Inventory (DOI).

Planning

Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager.
Conduct comprehensive scenario analyses to evaluate various supply chain scenarios.
Develop and implement contingency plans to address and adapt to evolving market conditions and unexpected disruptions.

Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English (Prefer)
Supply Chain Expertise: Extensive knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, and overall supply chain processes.
Experience: Minimum of 04 years of progressive experience in Demand Planning/Supply Planning/Inventory Control Senior level
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or a demonstrated passion for supply chain management.
