We are seeking a passionate and eager Demi Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Gypsy Da Nang. As a key member of our culinary brigade, you will play a vital role in supporting the Chef de Partie and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
Cook and prepare dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain the quality and consistency of food preparation.
Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing ingredients, including chopping, peeling, and marinating.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Support the Chef de Partie in supervising junior kitchen staff.
Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members.
Collaborate effectively with the Chef de Partie, other kitchen staff, and the wider restaurant team.
Maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
Yêu cầu công việc
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred, but not essential.
The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
A keen interest in learning and developing culinary skills.
Strong knife skills and basic cooking techniques.
A passion for food and a desire to contribute to a successful restaurant.
