Deputy Business Analyst Manager (Banking Industry)

• Partner with senior stakeholders across business units to develop comprehensive analyses and documentation.
• Act as a strategic advisor, providing insights and recommendations to support business decision- making.
• Research market trends and business processes to improve the companies’ products.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with Development/Systems Administration teams and third- party vendors to implement systems and applications.
• Oversee resource allocation, workload distribution, and project assignments to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
• Oversee the formal initiation and delivery of requirements and documentation.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to optimize effectiveness and troubleshoot issues.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate complex systems requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical capabilities.
• Author and update internal and external documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with production, managerial, and executive teams, providing regular updates and reports.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Maintain the updates of the documents developed during the requirement collection, analysis, and system/application design.
• Set team goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
• Maintain and improve systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports and performance metrics.
• Design, validate, and manage the implementation of solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Utilize SQL queries and data visualization tools to analyze data and generate meaningful insights.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of business analysts, fostering a collaborative and high- performance environment.

• In- depth research and analytical skills
• Management and implementation skills
• Foreign language skills (English reading comprehension and fluent communication)
• Experience in writing SQL queries and using data visualization techniques and tools
• Have at least 7 years of knowledge and experience as a BA in the field of online transactions or relevant experience in finance
• Problem- solving and presentation skills
• Have participated in related projects at banks and financial technology (fintech) companies
• Have at least 3 years of experience as a Manager with 8+ team members
• Knowledge about banking products
• Extensive experience in researching and analyzing market trends and business processes
• Graduated from University or higher in the fields of Information Technology or Banking and Finance
