Deputy Director

WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

Report performance and provide insights to the Board of Directors.
Ensure compliance with laws and mitigate risks.
Oversee day- to- day operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and consistent performance.
Lead, mentor, and develop senior management teams to resolve issues and enhance productivity.
Identify growth opportunities and drive business development.
Manage budgets, financial reports, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

Leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Knowledge of operational procedures and business processes within a garment/textile company
Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
Strong problem- solving and decision- making abilities.
Good command of English.
Strong understanding of corporate finance, strategic management, and operational efficiency.
Proved experience at the high management level. Open for those who experienced as Director assistant, manager
