- Assist the Department Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising daily departmental operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Act as the Department Manager in their absence.
People Management
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Foster teamwork, discipline, and a positive working environment.
Prepare work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
Guest Service & Quality
Ensure exceptional guest service in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Monitor service quality and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Financial & Business Performance
Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity, and business performance.
Assist in preparing departmental budgets and controlling operating expenses.
Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate departmental records and documentation.
Attend management meetings and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
Prepare operational reports and performance analyses.
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Bachelor&039;s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Experience in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred.
