The Deputy Marketing Manager – Event is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing all events and promotions held at Shopping centre. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, handling client relationships, and ensuring that events meet the high standards of Shopping centre as a premier shopping and entertainment destination.

Detailed Planning:
- Plan events from concept to implementation, ensuring timelines and standards are met.
- Review plans with Operations and Engineering for cleaning, security, and installation logistics.
- Communicate with clients, retailers, and organizations to schedule and oversee events in the shopping center.
- Arrange necessary supplies, including staging, lighting, sound, seating, food, and decorations.
- Ensure sufficient staff for events, assigning duties based on expertise, and briefing all relevant personnel.

Supervision and Issue Handling:
- Oversee event execution and handle unexpected challenges professionally.
- Ensure all event details are submitted to relevant authorities for approval.

Budget Management:
- Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring expenses align with plans.
- Ensure timely payments to contractors.
- Report budget usage and cost efficiency to the Marketing Manager.

Post- Event Evaluation:
- Collect feedback from customers, partners, and staff to assess event success.
- Propose improvements for future events.

Research and Evaluation:
- Ensure detailed event schedules are communicated to all stakeholders.
- Research potential new events and activities for the shopping center.

Brand Image:- Help maintain a positive image for the shopping center, promoting it as a premier shopping and leisure destination in Ho Chi Minh City.

Leadership:
- Organize team meetings to discuss upcoming activities and general requirements.
- Conduct regular staff appraisals and address training and development needs.
- Establish effective communication channels with all stakeholders and maintain good relations with the landlord.

Yêu cầu công việc

Good leadership and team leading skills.
Language: English – Upper Intermediate, using fluently.
Dynamic, always proactive, flexible between working independently and in groups.
Experience working in the field of Hospitality//Tourism and Property management.
Experience: at least 3 years in similar position.
Additional skills considered a plus: design, digital marketing, social media, event planning.
Required knowledge and experience in the field of Marketing: planning, branding, market research.
Experience working with OTA parties is an advantage.
Qualification: Graduated from University upwards with related majors.
Good at writing and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
