DEPUTY SALES DIRECTOR

· Report periodically weekly, quarterly, and annually to the Head of Sale
· Analyze and evaluate the business situation and develop sales policies and sales promotion programs
· Manage and expand the sales team in the assigned area: HCM and Mekong
· Coordinate closely with departments to improve products, ensure smooth business operations
· Develop and implement plans to expand partners and brands in the SLC system nationwide
· Control the sales team&039;s activities, view and evaluate BUM&039;s reports to make appropriate adjustments and directions
· Monitor and evaluate competitors&039; activities to develop effective competitive strategies
· Be responsible for ensuring the Company&039;s monthly/quarterly/annual KPIs targeted

· Leadership and team management skills
· Ability to motivate, manage teams and assign tasks to team members.
· University degree or higher, priority given to majors in business administration, marketing, or related fields
· Strategic planning and market analysis skills
· At least 5- 10 years of experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry
· Communication and negotiation skills
· Good at English
