As the Personal Assistant to Deputy Managing Director at CIS International School, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operation and management of the school. You will work closely with the Deputy Managing Director and various departments to ensure smooth administrative processes, effective communication, and the successful implementation of school policies and initiatives.
Main Responsibilites:
We are seeking an Personal Assistant to Deputy Managing Director for our school. The candidate will undertake the following tasks and responsibilities:
Communication Coordination: Serve as the contact point for internal and external communications directed to Deputy Managing Director, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Project Support: Assist with project management duties, track progress against goals, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
Event Support: Assist in organizing school events, conferences, and workshops, handling logistical arrangements, and ensuring their successful execution.
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Deputy Managing Director in daily tasks, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing appointments and coordinating travel arrangements.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials and agendas for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Report Generation: Compile and prepare reports and documents for board meetings, compliance requirements, and internal strategy sessions.
Document Preparation and Management: Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Manage both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to critical information.
