As a Design Supervisor at Minthcare, you are responsible for delivering new outstanding design ideas for always- on and campaigns of the Minthacare brand portfolio. You are supervising an internal team of crafters and external resources for producing artwork & assets that are meeting marketing and brand objectives..You are also directly responsible for the production and design of all collaterals, assets, materials for integrated marketing campaigns on multichannel platforms (online and offline, retail and e- commerce, media and KOLs, medical and partners)..
Scope of Responsibilities
Creative strategy: Lead the development and implementation of creative strategies that align with Minthacare’s marketing and branding objectives. Propose big ideas for the main campaigns of the portfolio of Minthacare brands. Propose activities and engagement strategies to engage on all channels with partners and customers. Propose and optimize the adaptation of existing contents from other countries or from headquarters to be used in Vietnam.
Creative ownership: Oversee the work of designers, writers, and other internal and external creative professionals, providing art direction and feedback to ensure that all creative output meets Minthacare’s standards for quality and brand consistency.
Ideation: Provide creative direction and ideation for all marketing campaigns, ensuring that concepts are on brand, visually compelling, and aligned with target audience preferences.
Creative consistency: Manage the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including packaging, advertising, and social media.
Art direction: Provide art direction for all creative projects, ensuring that design elements are on brand, visually appealing, and effective in communicating key messages.
Resource management: Develop and maintain budgets for all creative projects, and manage resources to ensure efficient and effective use of funds.
Creative localisation: Ensure the good localisation and adaptation of content coming from HQ or other countries to resonate for the Vietnam market.
