DevOps Architect (AWS/CICD/IaC)

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of Infrastructure as Code structures using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
Communicate and collaborate with developers and Technical Architects, providing expert DevOps and infrastructure consulting.
Design and implement high availability, scalable, and secure infrastructure with essential components for at least one cloud provider.
Lead and mentor senior and junior engineers in performing DevOps tasks.
Key components include Network Segregation, Firewall, Load Balancer, Storage, and High Availability.
Design and implement scalable DevOps scripting frameworks using at least one scripting language and integrate with cloud provider SDKs/CLIs.
Lead the design and implementation of effective, scalable, and secure CI/CD flows.

General requirements:

3+ years of experience in a similar DevOps Engineer role.
Advanced level of English.
Excellent problem- solving and troubleshooting abilities, communication and collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast- paced and dynamic environment.
Strong leadership and project management skills.

Technical Requirements:
Containerization & Orchestration

Experienced in service discovery, load balancing, and networking in container orchestration.
Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, or Amazon ECS for containerized applications.

CI/CD

Proficient in CI/CD pipeline design and management.
Experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps.
Knowledgeable in CI/CD best practices, rollback strategies, and blue- green deployments.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)/Configuration as Code (CaC)

Proficient with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet for configuration scripts.
Skilled with Terraform/CloudFormation for IaC.

Architecture

Proficient in enterprise system architecture aligning with business objectives.
Knowledgeable in disaster recovery, high availability, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure).
Experienced in system integration, middleware, APIs, and microservices.

Networking & Protocols

Familiar with cloud networking concepts and services (VPC, subnets, security groups).
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network security (VPNs, SSL/TLS, firewalls).

Scripting & Automation

Experienced with cloud platform APIs and SDKs.
Proficient in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Perl for automation.
Knowledgeable in writing clean and maintainable automation scripts.

Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting

Experienced in diagnosing system performance issues.

Observability

Experienced in monitoring, logging, and tracing systems (ELK, Datadog, New Relic).

Nice- to- Have:

Proficient with Windows VMs in cloud and on- premises environments.
Knowledgeable in network monitoring, on- premise network components, and data infrastructure.
Skilled in database performance optimization and load/stress testing.
Experienced in SQL/No- SQL databases, hybrid cloud architectures, and container security.
