Devops Engineer (Aws, Linux)

We are seeking 01 DevOps Engineer working in Hanoi who helps us build functional systems that improve customer experience. DevOps Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. If you have a solid background in software engineering and are familiar with AWS, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely

Monitor and optimize application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
Execute jobs for applications and monitor their results. For any errors, follow the defined protocol to notify vendors.
Recommend ideas on improving the applications, particularly on operation automation
Stay on top of DevOps trends, experiment and learn for continuous improvement.
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure platform
Mentor and train other engineers throughout the company and seek to continually improve processes companywide
Configuration of build pipelines to do continuous integration and delivery
Perform defined procedures to monitor the health and performance of applications
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Administration of our different DevOps tools, and automating processes whenever possible
Collaborate with our Developers and Testers in delivering new features and applications

Education:

Majoring in Information Technology, Mathematics, Electronics and Telecommunications, Mechatronics and related fields.

Experience:

• 3+ years of operational experience as a System Administrator (Linux and windowns) or System Engineer or DevOps engineer
• Experience in managing Git or other Git on cloud services (like GitHub, and Bitbuckets..), and a good understanding of CI/CD
• Good understanding of microservices
• Good understanding and 1-2 years of experience of AWS architecture are required
• Knowledge of standard methodologies: configuration management, monitoring, alerting, and metrics.
• Basic programming skills are required, Ability to automate routine processes using Python, Bash or PowerShell...
• Ability to debug and solve configuration, performance and reliability problems quickly, sometimes under pressure if there are issues that are directly affecting product users.
