Devops Manager / DevOps Lead AWS, Python

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced DevOps Lead / DevOps Manager to spearhead our infrastructure and automation efforts. You will lead a team of DevOps engineers and collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure efficient CI/CD pipelines, robust infrastructure, high system reliability, and secure cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance and performance coaching.
- Own and evolve the CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
- Collaborate with software development, QA, and security teams to integrate DevOps best practices.
- Design and maintain scalable infrastructure using modern tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
- Manage cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) with a focus on cost, scalability, security, and high availability.
- Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation across environments.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response processes.
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Evaluate and implement new DevOps tools and technologies.

Requirements:

Hands- on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.
5+ years of hands- on DevOps/SRE experience, with 1–2 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
Proficient with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Excellent problem- solving and communication skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience working in Agile and fast- paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with microservices and service mesh architectures
Familiarity with security compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001).
Certifications in cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or Terraform.
Experience in managing hybrid or multi- cloud environments.
