Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain scalable infrastructure using modern tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance and performance coaching.
- Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation across environments.
- Own and evolve the CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
- Collaborate with software development, QA, and security teams to integrate DevOps best practices.
- Manage cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) with a focus on cost, scalability, security, and high availability.
- Evaluate and implement new DevOps tools and technologies.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response processes.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, 2+ years leading teams.
- Tech Stack Mastery:
- CI/CD: Jenkins/GitLab CI/GitHub Actions + artifact management (Nexus/Artifactory).
- Cloud: AWS/GCP/Azure (certifications preferred).
- IaC: Terraform/Pulumi + Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD a plus).
- Scripting: Python/Bash/Go for automation.
- Data & Security: Experience with [adjust based on product]:
- Soft Skills: Agile mindset, incident management (blameless postmortems), stakeholder communication.
- Web3/FinTech: Node security, HSM, smart contract deployment pipelines.
- SaaS/Data Platforms: Airflow, Spark, Kafka, or ML model deployment (MLOps).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing hybrid or multi- cloud environments.
- Experience working with microservices and service mesh architectures.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001).
- Certifications in cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or Terraform.
