Duties and Responsibilities
- Support Travel Agent Sales Managers and Sales Executives for their effective communication to their clients as well as for them to develop new future clients.
- Support Travel Agent Sales Manager by taking telephone/email inquiries and reservations from clients, response and provide quotation to clients
- Provide introduction service to clients effectively.
- Cooperate with the Travel Agent Sales team and Sales team to design services following clients&039; needs

- Do other administrative task for banquet sales team

- Good command of spoken and written English with strong computer skills.

- Long- term career orientation with the hotel

- Experience in same position and experience using OPERA hotel system is an advantage.

- Monthly salary and bonus 13th month salary at year end
- Work 8hours/day, 1.5 day off/week (by morning & afternoon shift, following hotel operation)
- Entitled service charge by the hotel AND monthly up- selling incentive
- 2 months of probation with FULL salary and service charge
