RedFern Digital is seeking seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, responsible for building strong relationships and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. Your primary focus will be to understand our clients&039; goals and develop strategic plans to meet and exceed their expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
As a Digital Account Manager, you are accountable for the ongoing management and deliverables for clients across our brand portfolio to the highest quality.
Client Relationship Management:
• Act as the main liaison between the agency and clients, fostering strong relationships based on trust and open communication.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their marketing objectives, business needs, and challenges.
• Provide proactive and strategic recommendations to clients on digital marketing initiatives, tailored to their specific industry and target audience.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including creative, content, and technical experts, to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insightful reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and recommending optimizations to achieve better results.
• Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
Budget Management:
• Track campaign expenses and work closely with the finance team to ensure timely billing and accurate invoicing.
• Manage clients&039; marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to deliver the best return on investment (ROI).
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize various analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data- driven decisions to enhance performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports for clients, presenting actionable insights and progress against predefined KPIs.
Industry Awareness and Innovation:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
• Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and enhance the agency&039;s service offerings.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, account management, or related roles, preferably in an agency environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
