JOB PURPOSES:
Digital & E- Commerce Manager will drive the growth of the E- Commerce business by enhancing the customer experience, managing customer order fulfillment, using technology, and developing infrastructural plans. Be also responsible for generating data- driven commercial insights and managing relationships with partners for the business. Working in a fast- paced, digitally centric environment where he or she oversees the end- to- end commercialization and operationalization of the E- Commerce business.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
E- Commerce Sell- out/GMV
Develop an e- business strategy, both short- and long- term (JBP), to deliver the business vision and mission.
Utilize digital media in and out of the E- commerce platform for driving traffic.
Co- work with the regional and global E- commerce teams to follow corporate digital direction.
Execute a plan to deliver sales (GMV Target FY, Quarterly, Monthly) and other KPIs
Manage the budget relating to offtake.
Analyze new market trends, business opportunities, and market segments in the local landscape.
Performance Marketing
Devise and implement strategies for using certain media effectively to attract and retain customers, increase brand recognition, and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Confidently execute and manage/buy all digital media campaigns across all E- commerce channels and devices.
Execute the search strategy to grow the base business through search campaigns, tracking the results, and proposing improvements to the campaigns and the strategy.
Analyze data, think creatively, and dream up innovative strategies to make sure marketing campaigns reach the right target audience in the most effective way possible.
Seek ways to conquer new territories in terms of new keywords, new campaigns, new campaign types, etc.
Merchandising
Merchandising planning and execution (professional visuals and content by the standard of Profitero).
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
Education Qualification
University Degree
Working Experiences
5 years of working experience in digital/E- commerce.
1- 2 years at the management level.
FMCG experience with a proven track record for digital and E- commerce.
