Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Digital Marketer and Communication Specialist to join our team in Hanoi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, as well as managing internal and external communications to enhance our brand presence and effectively engage with our target audience. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, promoting our services, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify target audience segments, understand their needs, and develop targeted marketing messages.
Stay up- to- date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our organization remains competitive and innovative.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract target audiences, and drive customer engagement.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, website and content marketing.
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including pay- per- click (PPC) advertising, display advertising, and social media advertising, to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Communication:
Manage social media accounts, monitor online conversations, and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to effectively convey our brand message and engage with stakeholders.
Create compelling and engaging content for various communication channels, including website, blog, social media, press releases, newsletters, and other marketing collateral like banners, posters, standees, signage, flyers, goodies, ..
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and partnerships.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams within the organization to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all communication channels.
Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, webinars, conferences, and other promotional activities.
