Digital Marketing

- Manage administrative tasks, including preparing paperwork, reviewing contracts and payments, and ensuring, optimizing proper documentation processes.
- Explore and adopt new technologies, digital tools, AI applications, and automation solutions to optimize targeting, reporting, personalized customer approaches, and overall campaign efficiency.
- Plan, execute, and optimize the digital conversion funnel to ensure a stable pipeline of qualified leads across Paid Media (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Zalo,...), SEO, Content Marketing,...
- Research and analyze customer needs and product offerings to recommend suitable digital campaign tactics, content flows, and ways of reaching target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams (Content, Creative, CRM, Telesales, IT, Power BI, etc.) or external agencies to deliver effective campaigns.
- Develop and automate performance reports with key insights, highlights, and optimization recommendations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Experience in SEO, Marketing Automation/CDP, or relevant digital tools and platforms (such as Pancake, Zalo Mini App) is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, tracking, attribution models, and key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a Senior role or equivalent.
- Proficiency in analytics and automation reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Power BI/Google Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets).
- Independent, proactive, and results- driven, able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Hands- on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Zalo Ads, etc.).
- Business- minded with a can- do attitude, strong analytical and numerical skills, and proven experience in budget management and data- driven decision- making.
- Strong proficiency in Vietnamese communication and a good level of English.
