Digital Marketing & Content Executive

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Executive to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a full- time, on- site position responsible for creating high- quality content and executing digital marketing campaigns that strengthen EMMAI’s brand presence in the luxury real estate and global investment market.The role requires someone fluent in English, creative in content storytelling, and confident in managing digital platforms to attract and engage high- net- worth clients.Salary: 18 – 25 million VND/monthLocation: 33 Le Duan, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMCKey Responsibilities● Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web.● Create and manage content in English and Vietnamese: articles, social posts, ad copy, videos, newsletters.● Maintain and update website content to reflect EMMAI’s premium positioning.● Track and analyze web traffic, social engagement, and campaign performance.● Produce monthly marketing reports with insights and recommendations.● Support branding efforts through creative storytelling and visual consistency.● Collaborate with leadership and advisors to align marketing with business goals.Why Join EMMAI?● Competitive salary + generous performance- based commission.● 13th month salary & annual performance review.● Full social insurance & statutory

● Experience in real estate, luxury, or investment industries is a plus.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
● Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
● Creative, detail- oriented, and able to work independently.
● Strong skills in content writing, copywriting, and storytelling (English & Vietnamese).
● 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related role.
● Proficiency in social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
● Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
