Digital Marketing Executive

Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, etc.) to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads.
Research and analyze customer needs, market trends, and product features to propose relevant campaign tactics, content angles, and targeting approaches.
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams (Content, Creative, CRM, Telesales, IT, Power BI, etc.) or external agencies to deliver effective campaigns.
Manage administrative tasks, including preparing paperwork, reviewing contracts and payments, and ensuring, optimizing proper documentation processes.
Stay updated on new digital tools, AI applications, and automation solutions to enhance performance efficiency
Track performance, prepare campaign reports, and provide insights or recommendations for optimization.
Yêu cầu công việc
Be confident in Vietnamese communication and able to communicate in basic English when needed.
Proficiency in analytics and automation reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Power BI/Google Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
Detail- oriented, proactive, result- driven, able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in the education or service industry is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with hands- on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across major ads platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, Zalo.
