Digital Marketing Leader / Content Marketing Leader (Visual Art)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Leader / Content Marketing Leader to join our marketing team and be in charge of content planning, brand direction, and creative strategy across all channels (Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, SnapChat, Shopify,...). This role plays a key part in maintaining brand consistency, driving social growth, and elevating content quality. You will work closely with internal teams, manage a small creative team, and be hands- on when needed to support execution. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross- functional teams including performance, product, and Ecommerce operations to align creative work with broader marketing goals.
Take part in scriptwriting and creative development for video/photo content when needed. Provide hands- on support and guidance to elevate execution quality when the team lacks experience.
Own KPIs related to content performance and the growth of social media channels.
Manage and guide the creative team (content, design, video) through weekly/monthly planning. Assign tasks, provide direction, support execution, and be present on set to give feedback and ensure alignment.
Lead the planning, creative direction, and content strategy across platforms to ensure consistent brand image, voice, and high- quality output.
Handle other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Research target market behavior, competitors, trends, and platform updates (especially in the U.S. market) to inform strategy and keep content relevant and effective.

Good English reading and writing skills.
Understanding of U.S. culture is a plus.
Proficient in basic video editing or graphic design software (e.g., CapCut, Canva) and skilled in using AI tools for work.
Possesses skills in generating ideas, script editing, and creating content.
Can work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Demonstrates writing skills.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze competitors, and customer insights.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in E- commerce, Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle,..
Minimum of 4 years in a similar position (with at least 1 year of experience managing a team of 2- 3 members).

Working Hours:
