Digital Marketing Leader

Produce monthly campaign reports
Manage a team of digital marketing specialists; analyze performance of team members
Track the ROI of paid channels and report to Marketing Director and other executives
Review landing pages for keyword optimization
Perform other duties required by the Marketing Director.
Manage and develop the paid media channels, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Zalo.
Monitor campaigns, budgets and performance
Analyze click- through rates, conversion rates and relevant KPIs
Perform bid management
Work with brand team to maximize online marketing campaigns
Provide keyword research and analysis
Track campaign performance through daily pacing reports, weekly analysis reports, and monthly budget allocation reporting
Develop and employ monthly email marketing campaigns

Analytical mindset, critical thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep knowledge of web analytics tools; working knowledge of ad serving tools and creative content writing.
Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/ SEM.
Proven experience as Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
Good understanding of digital marketing systematic and best practices.
Bachelor of Arts or Sciences with 5- year experience in marketing or relevant fields.
Good customer focus and agility.
Good strategic thinking, data- driven decision making and result- driven.
