Digital Marketing Leader (Game)

Responsible for all aspects of digital communication from strategy to action, including Manage Facebook, Google and other media campaigns to achieve maximum ROI/ROAS.
Research and build new channels suitable to achieve KPI.
Use digital analytic tools to analyze and report on key digital marketing campaigns for each project.
Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure all project needs are met and completed on time and to budget.
Planning budget and allocate for all online media.
Research the industry on an ongoing basis to know what changes may be on the horizon that will impact current and future strategies of digital marketing
Collaborate with related departments to build tracking systems and dashboards. Analyze data to optimize campaign/channel performance.
Weekly and monthly reporting of performance.
Monitor trends and update knowledge about Digital Marketing, propose creative solutions to improve work efficiency.

Experience in user acquisition for apps at least 5 years
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels: Google Ads, Facebook, Tiktok, Ad Networks for App user acquisition.
Knowledge of gaming and data analytics is a need.
Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
Good working knowledge of tools in Google Ads, Firebase/Appsflyer/Adjust tracking system as well as data analysis sites such as Data .ai, Sensor Tower...
Self- time- management skills.
