JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage and operate the Marketing department to operate effectively on the basis of building Marketing plans/strategies, analyzing and measuring Marketing effectiveness, and creating overall Marketing programs to meet business requirements for each period.
Building advertising strategy:
• Propose and implement advertising plans consistent with the company&039;s business goals.
• Set advertising goals, audiences and posting schedules to ensure effectiveness and optimize advertising campaigns.
• Planning marketing costs, controlling operating costs/expected effectiveness.
• Research and deeply understand products, markets and target audiences to build effective advertising strategies on Facebook, Google and TikTok platforms.
Optimize advertising campaigns:
• Analyze data and evaluate KPI indicators to periodically optimize advertising campaigns.
• Monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and make adjustments to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
Evaluation and reporting:
• Good control of ROI in Marketing activities.
• Analyze ROAS index and propose marketing solutions to improve the index.
• Follow and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, create periodic reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements and adjustments to advertising strategies based on data and analytics.
• Evaluate and recommend rewards for individuals in the work group who deliver results that exceed expectations.
Research and apply new trends:
• Research and apply creative and effective advertising methods to compete and optimize advertising performance.
• Follow new trends in advertising on Facebook, Google and TikTok platforms.
Managing group management:
• Deploy creative working methods and continuously share ideas to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Human Resources Department to participate in recruiting Marketing Department personnel.
• Manage creative, marketing and sales teams to ensure advertising is aligned with company goals and strategy.
• Manage team members&039; working style, attitude, behavior and mindset according to corporate cultural standards to create a respectful and dynamic working environment.
• Collaborate with partners, advertisers and platform developers to optimize ads and achieve the best results.
• Professional training for team members, to improve knowledge and working skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• English Proficiency (Communication & Writing)
• Proficient in using tools and software to support online advertising.
• Ability to analyze data and evaluate advertising effectiveness.
• Experience of 3 years or more in the field of Digital Advertising/Performance Marketing on Facebook, Google and TikTok platforms, especially in the Beauty and Pharmaceutical Supplement Industry or FMCG.
• Ability to be creative and grasp user trends well.
• Deep understanding of the platform, good grasp of advertising tools and methods on Facebook, Google and TikTok platforms.
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related majors.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, ability to work in a dynamic and high- pressure environment.
• Proficient in office computers and data analysis tools.
