Strategy and Budget Management
Be responsible for status calls to review performance reports as well as set goals and objectives with BOD.
Overall digital and e- Commerce execution to help drive room and other related revenues (i.e. F&B, Banquet, Spa, etc.) for all the hotels managed.
Maintain overall hotels’ digital budget and related vendor/agency relationships (i.e. Supporting billing and invoicing needs with each individual hotel).
Digital Marketing Management
Support on projects such as website and/or landing page development and other digital marketing initiatives at the hotels as necessary.
Conduct keyword research with a variety of third party tools in order to identify content gaps against customer needs, and share data and recommendations with the content team.
Oversee weekly/monthly reporting – analysis and reporting of PPC/SEO campaigns and website’s revenue performance for each hotel.
Collaborate with the Marcom team to ensure SEO best practices are used where applicable, especially for the hotel websites such as content management and traffic driving tactics and strategies to improve natural search performance and ensure content is up to date and optimised.
Maximise the PPC plans that fit each hotel’s goals and objectives.
Manage all digital advertising activities across platforms, SEO, Email marketing etc.
Be the main driver to acquire and retain links on 3rd party websites, by advising and collaborating with the Marcom team for opportunity reach activity.
Work closely with IT and/or IT vendor(s) to monitor and solve issues on the website, including but not limited to fixing bugs, SSL etc.
Ensure strategies adopted for each hotel also works amongst all hotels in the Group and no business- related conflicts (i.e. bidding on same keywords, etc.)
Other Duties
Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
Exercises responsible behaviour at all times and positively represents the hotel & the Group.
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the hotels’ policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
Maintains strong, professional relationships with relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organisations.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
