RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it is user- friendly, optimized for search engines, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage all digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and online advertising campaigns.
- Analyze key metrics and track performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up- to- date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for new initiatives to improve performance.
- Monitor and manage online reputation, responding to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling digital content that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with target audiences.
- Train and mentor junior members of the digital marketing team, providing guidance and support as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast- paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification) are a plus.
- Experience working with cross- functional teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
- University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management with specialization in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management or related subjects
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data- driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
