As we enter a new phase of growth, we are looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and execution across all three businesses — someone who combines sharp analytical skills with creative thinking and has a proven track record of B2B lead generation, SEO strategy, and cross- cultural communication.

Your Role:
You’ll craft and drive a marketing strategy that:
Positions Play Trail as a standout toy development partner in global markets
Aligns brand messaging across our group while tailoring communications to each industry
Generates B2B leads in the toy, licensing, and retail sectors
You’ll work closely with co- CEOs and business heads to translate business goals into measurable marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams (product, design) and external vendors
Lead digital marketing strategy for Play Trail with a strong focus on B2B lead generation in the toy industry
Analyze campaign effectiveness and track ROI
Optimize company websites, landing pages, and lead funnels
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across SEO, LinkedIn, email, Google Ads, etc.
Develop branded content: product showcases, case studies, sales decks, newsletters
Ensure Play Trail’s brand is consistent, compelling, and well- positioned to attract global partners
Manage CRM systems and email nurturing flows
Stay up to date with global toy trends, licensing, seasonal demand cycles, and major events (e.g. Toy Fair, Licensing Expo)
Who You Are
Experience in toys, FMCG, consumer goods, or kids- related products is a strong advantage
Curious, creative, and results- driven — with a passion for physical products and branding
Confident communicator, fluent in English
Experienced in working with Western markets (US, EU)
Proficient in SEO, content marketing, performance tracking, and digital funnels
5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2B or product- based industries
Strong visual and storytelling skills — comfortable building decks, product pages, and pitches
