Job Responsibilities
Handle arising issues and perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Collaborate closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth and effective implementation of advertising campaigns.
Prepare and deliver advertising performance reports to management and other stakeholders.
Build and train the business team; develop sales/order plans and online advertising strategies to attract customers, drive revenue growth, and optimize business operation costs.
Allocate tasks, provide guidance, and supervise the team’s progress. Train and develop staff to enhance their competencies and knowledge in online advertising.
Track market and advertising trends to understand factors that influence campaign performance.
Recommend new and innovative strategies based on market analysis and competitor insights.
Monitor and analyze the performance of online advertising campaigns to ensure achievement of defined KPIs and objectives.
Propose and implement performance improvement measures, including optimizing advertising methods and keywords. Ensure all advertising activities comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements, including privacy and data protection standards.
Develop and adjust sales/order plans according to each period to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of online advertising campaigns.
Job Requirements
Proven leadership, KPI- setting, and coaching skills.
At least 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably with platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, Meta, etc.
Strong analytical and data- driven decision- making skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience managing a team of 4–7 members.
Proficient in analytical tools such as Google Sheets, Google Analytics, etc.
Excellent planning and project management abilities.
Strong knowledge of Performance Ads operations.
College degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, E- commerce, or related fields.
Strong communication and problem- solving skills.
Good English reading comprehension.

Working Hours
From 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (1.5- hour lunch break), Monday to Saturday morning. Saturday morning work arrangement is flexible (work from home or office) depending on the nature of the tasks.
