WHAT YOU WILL TAKE COMMAND
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Dale Carnegie Vietnam, you will help bring our mission to life by designing and delivering digital strategies that engage and inspire. Your key responsibilities include:
Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive customer engagement.
Align all digital activities with brand voice, business goals, and customer needs.
SEO & SEM Management
Manage Google Ads and other paid search campaigns, including ad creation, bid strategies, and performance tracking.
Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and implement best SEO practices to improve organic search performance.
Email Marketing & Automation
Create targeted, engaging email campaigns to nurture leads and enhance retention.
Monitor open rates, CTRs, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
Website & Content Management
Maintain and update the website regularly to ensure a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to keep the website fresh, responsive, and conversion- focused.
Social Media Engagement
Monitor and respond to comments/messages to maintain a strong, authentic online presence.
Develop and schedule content across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to drive community growth and interaction.
Online Advertising
Plan and launch display, social media, and remarketing ads.
Analyze ad performance and recommend improvements to increase ROI.
Internal Communications Support
Assist in using marketing tools and visuals to support internal communication and team engagement efforts.
