We&039;re seeking a sharp, data- driven Digital Marketing Specialist to drive user acquisition and growth for our new product targeting Gen Z. You’ll work across multiple digital channels to attract and engage users, drive visibility, and optimize the marketing funnel for retention and conversion.
Digital Marketing (Mobile App)
• Unlock Organic Growth: Identify and implement organic acquisition opportunities, including viral initiatives and influencer collaborations.
• Performance & ROI: Monitor and optimize campaigns against key metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV) for efficient budget use and maximum ROI.
• Plan & Execute Paid Campaigns: Strategize and optimize paid app install campaigns on platforms popular with Gen Z (e.g., TikTok Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads).
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep current with mobile marketing trends and competitive landscape, adjusting tactics proactively.
Data Analysis & Growth Optimization:
• Deep User Behavior Insights: Analyze app data to understand Gen Z user behavior and identify optimization opportunities.
• A/B Test & Iterate: Design and execute A/B tests on features and creatives, using results for data- backed improvements.
• Data to Strategy: Convert complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for campaigns and app enhancements.
• Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks and propose data- backed solutions.
• Actionable Reporting: Create engaging reports/dashboards tracking KPIs like downloads, active users, and feature adoption.
Google Analytics (GA4) Expertise:
• Direct Marketing Impact: Leverage GA4 insights to optimize mobile app marketing and ASO strategies for Gen Z.
• GA4 Ownership: Own GA4 implementation, ensuring accurate tracking of Gen Z user interactions and conversions, especially for "buddy" features.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with GA4 developments, integrating new features.
• Data Integrity: Audit GA4 data for accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Behavioral Funnel Analysis: Analyze user journeys and funnels in GA4 to understand behavior and identify drop- off points.
Integrated Digital & Media Performance
• Channel Management: Manage web, social media (strong emphasis on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), Email, and Blog content to attract and engage Gen Z.
• Unified Messaging: Collaborate to ensure consistent messaging and CTAs for app installs across all digital touchpoints (web, social media, email, influencer channels, community forums).
• Holistic Impact: Analyze the impact of broader online marketing activities on app performance and Gen Z acquisition.
