Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketer to join our team. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our cosmetic beauty products and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a creative mindset, and a strong understanding of various digital channels and strategies.

Create engaging and persuasive content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy.
Plan and implement digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially in the beauty industry, and implement innovative strategies accordingly.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize campaign performance based on the data gathered.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product development, to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and email marketing platforms.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors&039; activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Passion for beauty products and the cosmetic industry.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and email marketing platforms.
1- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Bachelor&039;s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast- paced environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
