We have recently acquired On Tap, an exceptional group with deep expertise and a shared commitment to eCommerce excellence for the EU market. For that, we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who will take the helm in shaping and driving the digital marketing strategy for this unit.

Key responsibilities
Partnership: Identify and connect with potential partners. Create and manage co- marketing campaigns with partner networks across digital and offline channels to broaden our reach and impact
Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and refine multi- channel digital marketing strategies (email marketing, social media, Google ads, etc.) to drive demand for our B2B products and services. Coordinate with stakeholders, document campaign plans, and monitor execution to ensure alignment with business goals.
Planning & Report: Create and implement quarterly and monthly action plans to meet KPIs and create detailed performance reports, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics.
Project Management: Oversee multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adhering to budgets.
Content Strategy: Plan and execute content strategies to engage with potential customers across their journey.
Qualifications
Flexibility: Willingness to work according to the UK time zone
Attitude: Possess a positive, can- do attitude that motivates others and aligns with FIRE values.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. IELTS 7.0 or above.
Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data- driven marketing, including managing, collecting, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights for optimizing campaigns.
Skills: Good planning and organizational skills, with a keen ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Expertise in digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and email marketing.
Technologically Savvy: In- depth understanding of digital marketing tools, design tools, and the latest marketing technologies. Experience with eCommerce platforms, particularly Magento, is a plus.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven success in digital marketing, with a focus on English- speaking markets. Experience in eCommerce/IT software providers is highly desirable. Familiarity with managing partnerships is a plus.

Salary: 22- 30M, reviewed every 6 months
5 days of annual absence (12 days in accordance with the law + 1.5 days company trip)
