Mô tả công việc

Strategy & Management:

Ensure tracking of granular performance data for channel optimization.
Oversee social media and platform management.
Establish and execute the digital marketing strategy.
Monitor and manage digital marketing performance and budget.
Forecast and manage budgets for digital marketing.

Funnel Conversion Analysis & Optimization:

Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing for acquisition channels such as Paid Search, Social Media, Organic Search, seeding, affiliate, and email, as well as marketing to prospects in the database.
Improve the funnel conversion rate for acquisition through optimization of paid advertising and collaboration with telemarketing and sales departments.

Social Media:

Oversee social seeding.
Ensure optimal usage of social media tools within the CRM environment.
Execute social strategies that turn social platforms (Facebook Fanpage, Instagram, LinkedIn, Zalo, YouTube, TikTok) into value propositions and enhance brand equity.
Design and oversee the social media strategy for organic growth.
Manage seasonal campaigns.

Website & SEO:

Conduct analysis and tracking using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
Monitor and manage data in RioSEO/ SEMrush / GMB.
Deploy copy changes to the website.

CRM Strategy:

Implement and optimize marketing automation processes.
Establish a strategy for lead management.
Ensure correct tracking by managing the overall campaign structure for channels.

Providing Data:

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and tools (SQL, RStudio, BigQuery), and provide ongoing reports
Ensure correct data integration to Power BI/Google Locker by connecting CRM and third- party platforms through an extractor such as Supermetrics.

Yêu cầu công việc

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, constraints, business intelligence, database mining, and statistical analysis tools is a plus
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Business Facebook Account, Google Adwords)
Strong analytical skills and data- driven thinking
Bachelor degree in marketing or a related field
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Up- to- date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Having 3 years working in digital marketing field with proven working experience in media agency
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that attract, engage and delight customers
