Campaign pre- planning:
Branding (Online & Offline)
Conduct market research and competitive analysis from agency to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities.
Check historical campaign and analyze previous post- buy reports to develop optimization plans
Check briefing from brand & analyze campaign objectives
E- commerce
Proactively corporate with E- com team to support monthly sale campaign and implement media content
Campaign planning:
Branding: (Online & Offline)
Collect brand assets to prepare ad briefing for agency
Implement & oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Discuss with brand team to synchronize all branding activities on platform
E- Commerce:
Review promotional schemes, key deals, and product launches to align with campaign strategies.
Coordinate with Ecom team to develop ad banners and content marketing for sale campaigns
OCM & Influencer Marketing
Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
Negotiate KOL’s booking fee and manage campaign contracts, including scope of works and deliverables
Oversee the creation and execution of compelling influencer marketing campaigns
Media Execution:
Branding
Work closely with internal team and external stakeholders to develop and implement digital content strategies and ensure any creatives are correctly sized and optimized align with business objectives
Manage campaign timelines & budgets, ad performances of OCM and digital campaigns
Manage social media of Rohto Premium Store and assist in developing content (Facebook, Zalo, Youtube, Tiktok, Instargram…)
Execute OCM & digital marketing campaigns across all relevant channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Thread, YouTube….)
Ecommerce:
Develop creative assets follow brand guidelines and social media trends to support Media & Ecom monthly campaigns
Media Analysis:
Online:
Evaluate creative performance vs. KPIs: Qualitative vs. KPIs
Report and update insights to stakeholders and internal team
Update post buy and prepare quarterly report to brands
Report and analyze the performance of social media campaigns (OCM) and provide insights on performance metrics
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and content marketing
Provide regular reports to senior management and internal team
Offline:
Site- check and monitor LED & OOH display
Administration:
Process payment and paperwork (contract, liquidation)
Oversee all the company&039;s social media accounts and handle related issues (Block, verification, appeal)
