Digital Media Leader

PLANNING (50%)

Articulate strategies and recommendations in a non- technical tone, depending on who the audience is.
Work with key media partners for implementation planning and negotiations (if any).
Develop full media strategy/ approach across different digital media platforms, considering budget, priorities, and impact based on timelines and objectives.
Collect, research & update the team and clients on new trends and changes in media landscape (new media vendors, new ad formats ...).
Identify viable media objectives and KPIs, and recommend/ develop measurement methodology.

MONITORING (40%)

Monitor and evaluate on the effectiveness of different media channels.
Use various research, tracking & trafficking tools to produce post- campaign reports.
Understand the end- to- end financial process applied for media buying and execute finance operation of our company/ vendors with accuracy.
Manage implementation and collaborate with media owners, agency partners, and internal buying teams to ensure all deliverables are met/launched on time.

LEADERSHIP (10%)

Monitor and appraise high- performing team members.
Act as a trainer and mentor to team members, using supportive/collaborative approaches to build/support their skills continuously and to prepare them to take higher position.

Education/Professional knowledge/Major: College/BA in Marketing, Business, or related fields (Mathematics, Foreign Trade, Financial, etc.).
Good in English (professional communication).
Good in Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experienced in using advertising technology platforms is a plus (e.g. DSPs, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager ...).
Years of experience: proven above 01 years experience at the same level.
