Digital Performance Manager

Fucntion 1. Mobile Apps Marketing

Strong experience with Appsflyer/Adjust/Apps Annie...
Increase daily mobile apps traffic via apps marketing tatics, activities.
Expert in mobile apps performance to increase apps install and in- apps event such as transactions, orders.
Analyze customer bahavior data to findout keypoint that help to improve campaign performance.

Function 2. ASO & Organic Channel Marketing:

Cooperate with IT team, Content team to implement the strategy
Manage ASO/Social media team / agency follow weekly, monthly plan and KPI.
Develop long term strategy to increase web, apps traffic, transactions via organic channel.

Function 3. Paid Ads:

Cooperate with Agencies/Third party to run and optimize for paid media campaigns.
Manage and execute own top platform such as Google, Facebook, ASA, Tik Tok...

Function 4. Reporting:

Keep tracked all customer data, customer behavior and media activities.

Other administration tasks:

Processing administration tasks relating to Digital Performance (Contracts, Payment...)
Sourcing and managing agencies relating to digital Performance as (Video, Banner ads, ......)

Functional knowledge & experience:
- Strong experience with Mobile app and advertising platform.
- Good analysis skills
- Sales & Performance oriented
- At least 05 years experience in digital performance marketing for e- commerce.
Functional skill:
- Good communication (listening, negotiation and presentation abilities)
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Efficiency
