Digital & Performance Marketing Team Leader

Lixibox is a full- stack one- stop omni- channel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well- known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in- house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.

Lead the end- to- end digital marketing strategy and execution across all channels, including:
Oversee CRO strategies and ensure the digital funnel is optimized end- to- end
Collaborate closely with brand, product, creative, and sales teams to develop integrated campaigns and customer journeys
Lead data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions and present insights to senior leadership
Owned Channels (Email/CRM, Website, SEO/SEM, Content, Social)
Build and mentor a high- performing, cross- functional in- house team and manage external agency partners
Drive experimentation through structured A/B testing, user segmentation, and campaign iteration
Own and optimize the digital marketing budget with a focus on efficiency, ROI, and scalable growth
Paid Media (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Shopee, Zalo)
Implement and manage marketing technologies (CRM, CDP, automation platforms) to enable personalization and automation
Drive performance across key growth KPIs: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, engagement, and retention
Stay on the cutting edge of platform changes, emerging tools, and digital marketing best practices

4+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid acquisition and conversion
Prior experience in a high- growth eCommerce or DTC environment is strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
Hands- on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, Amplitude)
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross- functional collaboration skills
Experience with attribution modeling, customer journey mapping, and media mix optimization
Deep expertise across platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Shopee, YouTube, affiliate marketing, and local channels like Zalo
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to translate data into action
Proven success leading teams and managing multi- million dollar digital media budgets
