GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
The Digital Project Manager will report directly to the IT Digital Solution Senior Manager and will be responsible for spearheading digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experiences and streamline operational efficiency across multiple countries in Southeast Asia (SEA) region. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional project management skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of various digital solutions, including web Ordering applications, Customer- Facing Application, CRM- Loyalty Members Platform, 3rd Party (Delivery, Payment) integration solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Project Planning and Execution
. Oversee project timelines – end- to- end project lifecycle including requirement gartering, system analysis, implementation, deployment, UAT, testing, and training, resource allocation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
. Coordinate with local teams to ensure alignment with regional objectives.
. Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards
. This will include working directly with third party vendors to manage external and remote development / support resources, managing their service delivery and deliverables.
. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for web ordering application development, CRM- Loyalty member, Order Management Platform and delivery integration across diverse geographical locations.
Product Ownership
. Harmonize product development to meet business goals and diverse customer needs.
. Serve as the product owner, defining and prioritizing features for web ordering applications, CRM- Loyalty member, and delivery integration solutions.
F&B Industry Expertise:
. Apply deep industry knowledge to tailor digital solutions to the unique needs of the F&B sector across different SEA countries.
. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to inform project decisions.
Stakeholder Management:
. Liaise with third- party delivery providers on a regional scale for optimized integration processes
. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and understanding of regional requirements.
. Collaborate with third party vendors, development teams, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions across different SEA countries and enhance project outcomes.
Quality Assurance and User Experience:
. Prioritize a uniform and exceptional user experience for customers globally
. Ensure high- quality standards for web ordering applications, order management platform, CRM – Loyalty member and all integration solutions.
Product Evangelism:
. Conduct training sessions and presentations to educate stakeholders on product features and benefits.
. Act as the primary advocate for customer- facing applications, internally and externally.
Data- Driven Decision Making:
. Implement continuous improvements based on insights derived from user behavior and system performance in various regions .
. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor the performance of customer- facing applications
. Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to inform decision- making processes.
Travel to each site will be required
EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications
. Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate cultural nuances while conveying technical concepts.
. Proven experience as a Project Manager/Product Owner in any relevant platform for web app, mobile app, 3rd party platform integration, order management system, customer- facing applications, internally and externally...
. 5 years or above experience in Restaurant application project management role. Prior experience in managing regional (multi- countries) projects is highly desirable.
. Familiarity with Web ordering platform, Order management systems, or any inhouse point of sales solution
. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and agile development practices, user experience (UX) principles and design thinking on an regional scale.
Education and Certifications
. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
. Project Management or Product Owner certification is a plus.
