Digital & Social Media Specialist

Plan, set up, manage and optimise in- house campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Tiktok
Review and study trends in the market to train and upgrade skillset and knowledge.
Set up tracking on various platforms to measure campaign performance.
Create comprehensive campaign plans, including ad creative concepts, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.
Identify target audience segments and define campaign objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Big campaigns: Lead and manage the media agency to develop the digital media strategy and campaign plans
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs.
Tiktok: Advertising: Work closely with Ecom & MKT team for Tiktok strategy
Review campaign performance with team members and provide insights and recommendations
Experiment with different targeting strategies to optimize campaign reach and engagement.

Please note that this job description shall not cover all other responsibilities/ duties to be raised accordance to each Dept operation needs.

Good problem- solving skill; Stress tolerance and Interpersonal skills
1- 2 year experience in digital marketing, social media and branding marketing.
Adaptability. Hungry to learn and grow. Team player: able to work well with team members in a high pressure
