As the Director of Digital Transformation, you will lead the development and execution of digital strategies for internal and client projects. Reporting to the CDXO, you will engage with CXO- level executives, overseeing projects across CDP, e- commerce, website/app development, and CRM to enhance customer experience and business performance.
Responsibilities

In- House Business (50%): Develop and execute internal digital strategy; support CDXO.
Client Business (50%): Plan digital transformation strategies and create proposals (CDP, e- commerce, website/app development, CRM); oversee implementation and reporting; liaise with client CXO- level executives.

Skills/Abilities

Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and create proposals in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.
Strategic leadership and analytical skills

Education and Experience

Proven project management experience in digital marketing
Deep knowledge of Vietnam&039;s digital marketing landscape
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
Expertise in CDP, e- commerce, website/app development, CRM
