About ofi
Digital Transformation Executive help to define business problems/demands via in- depth investigation and gathering of technical and non- technical information. Once the demand on digitalization and operation are clearly understood, Digital Transformation Executive outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those business requirements.​ The Digital Transformation Executive’s role also help to bridge the gap between IT and the wider business.

OFI was formed in January 2020 as part of the re- organisation of the Olam Group.
Key Responsibilities:

Conducting training and preparing UMD
Maintaining and enhancing system performance
Work closely with users and identify the pain area and map the business requirement
Supporting users when issues arise
Developing auto- workflow/web- app/report using Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Excel and SharePoint
Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements​ and digitalization.
Identifying issues, risks and
Preparing BRD (if assigned)
Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements; analysing data

Experience & Qualification

Excellent communication skill, must be fluent in English
Interest in continuous optimizing the process.
Should have attitude towards learning new technology (Digital – Fair theoretical understanding on AI/ML, Ecommerce).
Individual Contributor role and must be a high performer, high commitment
1- 2 experience in business processes is referred
Bachelor&039;s degree in Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Software Engineering is a plus
Job demands to travel different ofi locations within Vietnam.
Skill: Effective stakeholder engagement; Critical thinking; Problem solving; Good listener & communicator and Analytical thinking
Having practical knowledge of project management is a plus
Ability to listen, comprehend, analyses, understand, and abstract information from end users
