Dimension Analysis Engineer

Assist in evaluating the suitability of 2D drawing dimension tolerance analysis and MSOP product measurement methods.
Assess whether NG dimensions in product FAI reports are caused by measurement technique issues; if so, follow up and clarify.
When NG dimensions require mold changes, evaluate whether the modifications will affect product assembly interference or functionality, as well as other potential risk issues.
If NG dimensions in the FAI report are confirmed, analyze the causes of the NG and propose feasible mold modification methods.

Experience: Three years of experience in plastic product follow- up; familiar with mold structures and various measurement tools and methods.
Skills: Familiar with UG, CAD, and Microsoft Office software.
Education: Associate degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering.
