Job summary:
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to enhance the visibility, reputation of the Furama – Ariyana Danang and IBH Company, including all brands belonging to IBH JSC. This role is also required to drive revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns, brand management, and customer engagement initiatives
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Marketing plans and strategies:
Develop and executive SEO/SEM strategies to drive online systems and improve search engine ranking.
Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media, digital advertising
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
Develop and executive marketing plans and strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and targets.
Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost- effective allocation of resources.
Develops and executes promotions campaign in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels.
Analyse digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns
- Brand Management:
Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity and image of the company
Develop and implement brand awareness campaigns
Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels and materials
- Content Creation and Management:
Co- ordinate with creative team, media, agencies to produce quality content.
Oversee the creation of marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, advertisements and multimedia materials.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Public relations and communications:
Establish and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers
Develop and distribute press releases, media kits and other PR materials.
Manage public relations efforts to build and maintain a positive image of the company
- Event planning and management:
Collaborate with events coordinator and vendors to ensure successful execution
Plan and executive marketing events
Collaborate with all concerned departments within the company for event execution
- Customer engagement
Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly
Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement
