Director of Rooms

Monitor productivity, cost control and operational KPIs for the Rooms Division.
Ensure safety, security, hygiene and regulatory compliance at all times.
Develop and control departmental budgets, forecasts and manpower planning.
Recruit, coach and develop Rooms leadership teams to build a high- performance culture.
Handle guest escalations and critical issues professionally and promptly.
Drive guest satisfaction, service excellence and quality standards across all Rooms areas.
Lead and manage Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Services to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Work closely with Revenue Management and Sales to optimize occupancy, ADR and RevPAR performance.

Strong leadership, commercial mindset and guest- oriented approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in Rooms operations, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
