Director of Sales & Marketing

As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of the hotel from the pre- opening stage through to full operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing brand compliance, digital marketing campaigns, PR, and promotional events.
• Contributing to pricing, budgeting, and business planning processes.
• Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue across all business segments.
• Working closely with the General Manager and Accor Regional Teams to position the hotel competitively in the market.
• Building and leading a dynamic pre- opening sales and marketing team.
• Establishing strong relationships with key partners including corporate clients, travel agents, OTAs, and MICE organizers.
• Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and revenue forecasting.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with Accor systems and brand standards is an advantage.
• Pre- opening experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in a similar leadership role at an international 4- or 5- star hotel.
• Strong commercial acumen and market insight, especially in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
