Holiday Inn Resort - Director of Rooms

The Director of Rooms is responsible for the overall Rooms Division strategy, operational readiness, and guest experience framework for the hotel.
This role oversees all rooms- related departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Concierge, Bell Services, Recreation (where applicable), and sometimes Spa operations.
The focus is on ensuring the Rooms Division is fully prepared to deliver a seamless guest experience from Day 1.
During pre- opening, the Director of Rooms works closely with the General Manager to establish service standards, staffing plans, operating structures, departmental budgets, systems readiness, and the overall guest journey strategy.

5+ years of experience in a senior Rooms Division leadership role.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management, or an equivalent field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive results.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
